Katy Hill, RN, BSN, EMT-B Katy is the EMS coordinator for Iowa Health Des Moines and a flight nurse for Life Flight Des Moines. She has been active on the CIEMS EMS in Action conference committee for 11 years and her hard work and dedication has brought many nationally renowned speakers to our conferences. Angie Moore, EMT-B Angie Moore serves as Development Specialist for Iowa Donor Network. Her duties include being a liaison for EMS Providers, Medical Examiners, and 22 hospitals across the state. In her free time Angie spends time searching for the perfect glass of Catawba wine. Angie is active on the speaker committee.	Presenters	amoore@iadn.org
Brent Baughman, BA, PS, FF-II This is Brent’s 14th year on the conference committee and he is the Treasurer of the Central Iowa EMS Council. Brent has been involved in EMS for 19 years. He is currently a full-time Paramedic Specialist/Fire Fighter for the City of Indianola and the Rescue Captain for the New Virginia Volunteer Fire Department.	Treasurer	bjbaughman@iowatelecom.net
Rob Dehnert, NREMT-P, PS, CCP, AAS Rob has been an asset to the conference committee for his expert technical knowledge. Rob has been beneficial in maintaining the conference website. Jeff Dumermuth, BS, PS, CCP, LPN This is Jeff’s 16th year on the conference committee. Jeff is a Paramedic Specialist and LPN. He is Chief of Emergency Medical and Communications Services for the City of West Des Moines and is the Chief of WestEMS, a collaborative agreement between Dallas County and the City of West Des Moines. Mark Ludwick, BS, NREMT-P Mark has been in EMS for 18 years. He is a Special Agent with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), and has been with the Department of Public Safety for 13 years. This is his 11th year serving on the CIEMS Committee.	Sergeant-at-Arms	MDLudwick@msn.com
Kelly Milligan, EMT-B This is Kelly’s 5th year on the Central Iowa EMS Conference Committee. Kelly has been an EMT and a Fire Fighter with Baxter for 12 years. Luke Clement, PS, NREMT-P In May of 2006 he started at the Iowa Speedway as the Fire Safety & Medical Manager. He is a resident of the City of Newton and is a paid on call member of the Newton Fire Department. Occasionally he travels with the IZOD Indy Car Series working as Holmatro Safety Team Member. Kathy Foust, EMT-I The 2010 conference is Kathy's first as a committee member. Kathy is the Lead Orthopaedic Technologist at Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons in West Des Moines. She has been an EMT-I for 16 years, serving on the Urbandale Fire Department from 1994 to 2002.		kathykfoust@aol.com
