POST-CONFERENCE INFORMATION Thank you for attending this year's conference! Planning has already begun for next year's conference. The Conference Committee does not consider Iowa weather to be a condition to cancel the conference. However, due to weather-related or other presenter emergencies, the instructors and topics are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued because of the weather, this is Iowa, plan accordingly. Please travel safe! REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the conference. A $35 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, CIEMS will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations. We will not cancel the conference due to weather. No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend due to weather. |
